Our process

1. Inspection of the site

Once we meet, our team will arrange a site inspection i.e., we’ll be visiting the place of the construction of your home, assess the costs that will be incurred, determine other physical aspects of the site that will be important for our construction purposes.

2. The home proposal

Once we complete the site inspection, we’ll have a few discussions and get on to devising a home proposal which will include the site costs, council and statutory requirements and any other requirements you might have requested.

3. Contract signing

We’ll prepare a set of drawings for the council approval followed by which you can sign the building agreement and we’ll provide you a copy of the same. You will have to meet certain basic requirements as well, like providing us with the confirmation of land ownership, details of your financier etc.

4. Pre-construction process

We will handle all the paperwork that is associated with lodging a building application to the council on your behalf, and seek the approval of local authorities before we commence. We will also make sure that we obtain all the other basic reports like water board approvals, hydraulic, thermal reports etc.

5. Construction Process

Sit back and relax and watch your new home come to life as the construction process commences. Site works like excavation; brickwork will begin at this stage. During the process we’ll send you a copy of the approved building plan. We’ll require you to visit the site at several stages during the construction.

6. Move in

It’s time to move in. Once we’ve completely finished work on your site, we’ll be handing over the keys to your new home.
