We started out 15 years ago, and have been in the construction field ever since. The founder of Oorja homes, Mr.Kiran Tatpalliwar acquired his passion for building from his father, who was an ardent builder himself, for years. During his early years in the construction industry, he began supervising his father’s construction projects to learn a-z of the construction process. Oorja homes started a few years later, once we had mustered enough experience and the entire knowledge about the know- how of construction.

As builders we understand the complexity and uniqueness every project possesses. Even with years of experience we still look at every project we get as if it is our first ever and put our 100% efficiency, hard work and creativity into the development to make it our best project ever. Oorja homes started about two years ago, although, we’ve officially been in the construction business since 2009. Oorja homes also has various other verticals like Oorja groups. We started out by building smaller houses during our earlier years, now we take up projects of all sizes with our major focus lying in Projects that are multiunit developments- two town, 4 town houses. We provide various services including engineering, reviewing properties, feasibility study, council approvals, drawing, drafting, project management etc., basically anything and everything that falls under the essential category with regards to construction of your home.
